Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Cream the shortening. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning with flour and ending with flour mixture.
Stir in blueberries. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
