Snacking Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg, well beaten
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 small can creamed corn
1 small container sour cream
4 hot peppers, chopped
3 Tbsp. oil
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese until well blended.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven; top with remaining cheese.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
