Six Weeks Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
5 c. flour (you may use part whole wheat)
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt (if desired)
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
Preparation

Beat the eggs. Add sugar and oil. Beat together.
Add flour, baking soda and salt alternately with buttermilk.
Mix in bran cereal.
Bake in muffin tins at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or so for fresh batter; up to 20 minutes for refrigerator batter. Store unused batter in covered container for up to 6 weeks. Do not freeze.
Makes 3 dozen muffins.
