Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pint sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
    4 to 6 green onions, cut small
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in jackets until almost done; chill. (Can use baked potatoes.)
    Peel and grate potatoes.
    Heat butter and soup; blend in sour cream, cheese and onions.
    Stir in potatoes. Put in a casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
