Black Bean Casserole(Low-Fat Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper or 1 can chopped green chilies
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes with juice
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained
    12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
    2 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas, in large pan and heat to boiling to combine flavors.
    Layer 6 of tortillas in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spoon 1/2 of bean mixture and 1/2 of cheese and alternate again, ending with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream for topping.
