Tomato Meat Loaf For 50 - cooking recipe

8 lb. ground beef
4 lb. ground pork
1 c. minced onion
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. eggs, beaten
5 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix together beef and pork.
Add rest of ingredients and mix by hand.
Do not overmix.
Spread evenly in long baking pan. Divide into two loaves, firming to shape.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Slice each loaf into 25 servings.
