Oatmeal Health Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Fill muffin tins and bake at 420\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
