Chicken L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up or use breasts (3 lb.)
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. fresh orange juice
    1/2 c. chili sauce or shrimp cocktail sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    3 medium oranges, peeled and sliced in half cartwheels
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken pieces; season with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour.
    Heat oil in skillet; add chicken and brown lightly on all sides.
    Remove chicken to 3-quart casserole.
    Drain fat from pan.
    To skillet, add remaining ingredients, except orange slices.
    Simmer 2 or 3 minutes.
    Pour sauce over chicken in casserole.
    Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Just before serving, garnish with oranges.
