Chicken Swiss Crisscross - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
    4 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
    2 c. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 1/2 c.) J. L. Kraft Select shredded natural Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Separate 1 can of dough into 2 long rectangles.
    Press over bottom and 1/4 inch up sides of ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes, or until light golden brown.
    In large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, onion, mustard, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Spoon chicken mixture over partially baked crust.
