Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour, rounded
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Stir into beaten egg yolks (reserve whites for meringue) and return to heat.
    Cook 1 minute longer.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and cool.
    Then add vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with coconut meringue.
