Hometown Special Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
3 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
1 c. pumpkin
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2/3 c. chopped raisins
1/3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
Add applesauce and pumpkin.
Sift dry ingredients well.
Gradually add to mixture, beating well each time.
Add raisins and nuts.
