Coconut Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix (no pudding in mix)
1 can coconut, divided
1 1/3 c. water
2 egg whites
1 pkg. Dream Whip (not Cool Whip)
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine cake mix, 1 cup coconut, water, egg whites, Dream Whip (dry, not made up) and coconut extract.
Mix well.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
