Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Boil chicken; remove from bone and cut into bite size pieces. Save 1/2 cup of broth.
Combine soups, milk and broth.
Cook until just heated.
Combine stuffing mix and butter.
Spread half of mixture in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Layer chicken on top of stuffing mixture and pour soups over chicken.
Top with remaining stuffing mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 8 servings.
