Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, chunked and cooked
1 onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 can green chiles
1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix chicken, onion and cheese in bowl.
In separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, green chiles and Jack cheese.
Fill flour tortillas with chicken mixture and place in greased casserole dish.
Spread soup mixture over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
(It seems to always take more time and if prepared early in the day, it'll take longer to heat through).
They freeze well.
