Frosty Mandarin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
    2 (3 oz.) orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Drain oranges, keep the syrup and add enough water to make 1 cup. Dissolve jello in the boiling water and add the juice water. Add sherbet by the spoonfuls; stir to melt.
    Chill until thickened.
    Fold in oranges (keep a few for top garnish).
    Pour into serving bowl; chill and garnish.
    Makes 5 cups or 8 servings.
