Mock Pecan Pie(Oatmeal Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. melted margarine
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. light corn syrup
2/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, leaving oatmeal last.
Pour into 8-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
