Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 Tbsp. curry
    1 c. milk
    1 c. coconut milk
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    16 shrimp or more (medium size)
Preparation
    Cut celery stalks into 2 to 3-inch pieces and boil until tender.
    Drain. Dip each piece in seasoned beaten egg and flour. Fry in olive oil until golden brown. What a tasty side dish for any meal!
