Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Gold Medal flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    4 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Measure all ingredients into large bowl, mix 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
    Beat 3 more minutes on high speed.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) round pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
