Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in chunks
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small jar pimento, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order given in 10-inch Corning dish.
    Cover with cracker crumbs dotted with butter.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven uncovered for 35 minutes.
