Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105 to 115~)
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
    2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (12 oz.)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. pepperoni and other choice toppings
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Stir in flour, oil, sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
    Let rest 5 minutes.
