Double Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 large baking potatoes
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. cottage cheese
chopped parsley and paprika
Preparation

Scrub potatoes and pierce in several places.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes until done.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and let stand until cool enough to handle.
Scoop out inside, leaving skin intact.
Mash potatoes with oleo.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture into potato shells and sprinkle tops with parsley and paprika.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until tops are golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
