Crock-Pot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or cut in small cubes
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    1 c. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
    2 minced garlic cloves
Preparation
    Heat through in crock-pot on high for 1 hour or less. (Watch so it doesn't stick.) Serve with tortilla chips or potato chips.
