Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. dry yeast
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
1/2 c. lukewarm water
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. cottage cheese (lukewarm)
2 Tbsp. instant onion or finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
4 tsp. dill weed or seed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all together; let rise until double.
Put in pans; let rise until double.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
After baking, brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
Makes 2 loaves.
