Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins, cooked in as little water as possible
    1 c. sweet cream
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    After
    the raisins are soft, add the other ingredients. Mix and
    cook
    until
    thickened.
    Stir constantly.
    Pour into baked 8-inch
    pie
    shell and top with egg white meringue made with
    2 egg
    whites,
    1/4
    teaspoon
    salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    and 4
    tablespoons sugar.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
