Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless pork roast
    Dijon mustard
    brown sugar
    1/3 c. bourbon
    2 onions
    2 apples
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cover roast with mustard, then brown sugar.
    Bake in oven until topping is brown; remove from oven.
    Flame bourbon; pour over roast.
    Cut up onions and apples; place around roast.
    Pour 1 cup beef bouillon over apples and onions.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes per pound.
    When done, add cream to juices, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
    Pour over meat to serve.
