Taco Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn (with juice)
    1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
    1 can chili beans (with juice)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can tomato soup
    baked tortilla chips
    grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef. Drain and rinse with hot water. Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese in a Dutch oven. Simmer on low until done, about 45 minutes. To serve, crumble chips in a serving bowl. Cover with a good helping of stew. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
