Peach Caramel Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced peaches (fresh, frozen or canned), well drained
    10 slices white bread, crusts trimmed off
    1 egg
    1/2 c. light margarine, melted
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    sifted powdered sugar (optional garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spread peaches in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange bread in single layer over peaches.
