Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 c. mild taco sauce
    12 soft tortillas
    1 lb. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Saute the ground meat in a skillet.
    Add the taco seasoning mix and the water per package instructions.
    Pour 1/2 cup taco sauce into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put 1/2 of the tortillas on the bottom of the pan.
    Spoon on all of the meat mixture.
    Top with the sour cream in even \"dollops.\" Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese. Arrange the other 1/2 of the tortillas, overlapping slightly on the cheese.
    Spread remaining taco sauce and top with rest of cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
    Serves 8.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Garnish with lettuce, tomato and guacamole.
