No Fail Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherries (peaches, pears or other fruit with juice can be used)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 stick margarine or butter
Preparation
    Heat can of cherries.
    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk.
    Melt margarine or butter in 2 quart baking dish.
    Pour the mixed batter over the top of the melted butter, then pour hot fruit over batter and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
