Extra Dark Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and cocoa; mix well.
    Add water and milk; mix well.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture reaches soft ball stage.
    Do not stir while cooking.
    After reaching soft ball stage, put pan in cold water.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Swirl butter until it melts.
    Do not stir.
    Let stand in cold water until warm.
    Beat until glossy shine disappears.
    Pour into buttered pan.
    Cut into squares.
