Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 to 3 cloves peeled garlic
    1 frying chicken, washed, quartered, dried and skinned
    1 small branch rosemary
    salt
    fresh ground pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
    Add garlic and chicken; saute until chicken is browned.
    Add rosemary, salt, pepper, wine and water.
    Cook slowly until chicken is tender (approximately 20 minutes).
