Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients, then add cinnamon and squash.
    Grease and flour pan. Bake about 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
