Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can milk
    3 whole eggs
    2 egg yolks (save the whites for frosting)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except egg whites) and pour into pie shell.
    Bake about 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Put the two egg whites with a pinch of salt into a bowl and beat until stiff.
    Add 4 tablespoons sugar and beat until sugar is mixed well.
    Pour over top of pie and put back into oven for 1 or 2 minutes or until egg whites are light brown.
