Low-Fat Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen fish fillets
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt, pepper and seasoning to taste (Seven Seasoning saltless spices)
Preparation
    Defrost fish, season with salt, pepper and Seven Season saltless spices, coat the bottom of pan with oil.
    Roll fish in bread crumbs to coat, place in pan, bake at 425\u00b0 until golden.
