Four Week Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 heads cabbage
    1 small green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop vegetables.
    Combine vinegar, salt, sugar and celery seed.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add to vegetables and stir well.
    Pour oil over last.
    Let stand for 3 days, mixing at least once a day. May be doubled.
