Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    When it boils, turn to low and boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
    Pour over 6 quarts popped popcorn.
    Stir until well coated.
    Turn onto 2 big cookie sheets and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
