Biscotti Di Regina(Italian Sesame Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. anise flavoring
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sesame seed
Preparation
    In a bowl, put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in Crisco with pastry cutter.
    Slightly beat 2 eggs, milk and anise. Add to flour mixture.
    With hands knead a few minutes to form smooth dough.
    Break off pieces of dough to the size of a small cigar.
