Fried Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 to 20 small tender asparagus
chopped garlic or garlic salt
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

In a frypan, slowly melt margarine.
Wash asparagus and lay whole into frypan.
Add prepared garlic to taste, 1/2 to 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt or 1/2 clove of garlic.
Simmer under low heat.
Keep covered until stems are tender, approximately 20 minutes.
A delicious change from steamed asparagus.
