Oriental Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1/4 c. oat bran cereal
    1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger or try freshly grated ginger
    1/2 tsp. powdered coriander
    1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
Preparation
