Cheesy Potato Skin Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 big potatoes
    seasoned salt
    6 slices bacon (fried crisp)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    oil
Preparation
    Rub potatoes with oil; bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cut in half, scoop out pulp leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Cut again lengthwise. Deep fry at 375\u00b0 for 2 minutes.
    Drain.
    Put on baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, cheese and crumbled bacon.
    Broil.
    Serve warm with sour cream.
    Makes 1 dozen.
