Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 sticks butter or margarine, melted
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    12 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Cook and drain broccoli. Combine corn muffin mix, onion, cottage cheese and broccoli in a large bowl. Add melted margarine and mix thoroughly. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
