Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    6 carrots, cut into strips
    3 or 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 c. celery
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in a greased 3-quart casserole, covered, 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 325\u00b0.
