Crock-Pot Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef, cooked and cut up
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 bay leaves
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    2 c. diced carrots
    1 to 2 c. diced celery and leaves
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. barley (raw)
    2 to 3 potatoes, raw and diced
    1 large can V-8 juice
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    additional water as needed
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cover.
    Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours or longer.
