Pink Peanut Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. roasted peanuts
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
red food coloring

Preparation

Boil peanuts, sugar, syrup and milk until it forms a soft ball.
Take off fire and stir until it loses its gloss (takes a long time).
Drop on a buttered pan or I use pot pie tins to make larger size.
