Killer Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. kielbasa
    2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut kielbasa into 1 to 2-inch pieces.
    Place in skillet with just enough water to cover bottom of skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until kielbasa is hot.
    Add tomatoes with liquid, oregano and garlic.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Add sour cream, stirring to combine.
    Simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken.
    Serve over hot egg noodles or rice.
