Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
dash of salt
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. + 3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. + 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Place cream cheese in mixer and cream.
Add sugar and mix well, scraping the sides and bottom of bowl often.
Add the whole eggs, egg yolks and salt, scraping the sides and bottom often.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour in 10-inch pan lined with paper.
Grease and flour the sides.
Crust is not used.
