Pie Plate Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pure vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and salt into 9-inch pie plate.
    Combine oil and milk in measuring cup; beat with a fork until blended.
    Pour over flour mixture.
    Mix with a fork until all flour is moistened. With fingers, press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.
    Make small edge on rim of plate; flute.
    Do not form a high edge.
    Spoon or pour in filling.
