Braised Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into pieces
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 medium shallots, minced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
    Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook over medium-high heat, searing about 12 minutes on each side.
    Remove chicken and keep warm.
