Creamed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

can peas
1/4 c. flour
1/2 lb. cheese
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. cream
Preparation

Drain juice from peas into pan.
Mix flour with a little water to make a smooth, thin paste.
Thicken pea juice with flour mixture.
Cook about 3 or 4 minutes.
Pour in peas.
Add sliced or cubed cheese, according to taste.
Just before serving, add cream and a little salt and pepper; possibly a little butter.
