Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 egg yolk
egg white
sesame or poppy seed
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Stir in flour and egg yolk.
Knead dough on a floured board.
Shape into pretzels.
Paint with beaten egg white and roll in sesame or poppy seed.
Grease cookie sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm with mustard.
